We have made a choice – selection for you with all the forms and checklist you will need or can use before, during or for your next course. You can find these forms throughout the website , nonetheless we have joined them for you on one page.
The first forms belong in the THE BLD STUDENT FOLDER which you will need to fill out and send back before you get here.
The next one in your Student folder is for your equipment requirements and a check list for the equipment you need to bring. Also this form needs to be sent back to us 2 weeks before the start of your course and some handy forms and Log pages.
